Guess what’s back, back again? Sephora sale, yes ma’am! (P.S. Could you say that without singing it haha!) At this point, you guys already know I love Sephora – like for real, I’m in there every other week. So, I thought I’d share an updated beauty routine for spring/summer while the products are on sale, in case you’re interested in testing them out! I did a full makeup tutorial (with step-by-step details) on my Instagram stories and saved the videos in my “makeup routine” highlights if you want to reference back.
I’ve used most of these products for over a month now, so everything I am a true fan of. The great thing about Sephora (and Ulta) is that if you purchase a product you don’t love, you can always return it for a full refund, or exchange it for a different item. I’ve done this with their prestige make-up before (including Giorgio Armani, YSL etc.) and have never had an issue. If you’re dishing out cash for high-end make-up you want to make sure that you love it so don’t be scared to bring it back!
Here are my go-tos in order of how I use them:
- Step One: Fenty Beauty By Rihanna: Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Primer
- Step Two: Nars All Day Sheer Glow Foundation – color: 1.5 Vallaruis and I also really like (and switch off) the Yves Saint Laurent All Hours Longwear Natural Matte Foundation in the warm caramel color
- Step Three: Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer – color: 12S (light). This unfortunately is not sold in Sephora only Ulta, but it’s worth the purchase!
- Step Four: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand – color: medium/dark
- Step Five: Fenty Beauty By Rihanna’s Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Setting Powder – color: butter
- Step Six: Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat All-Over Brightening Pen – color: 1.5
- Step Seven: Benefit Cosmetics’ Hoola Matte Bronze
- Step Eight: Hourglass’s Ambient Lighting Blush Collection – color: Luminous Flush
- Step Nine: NARS Larger Than Life Long-Wear Eyeliner – color: Dark Chocolate
- Step Ten: Benefit Cosmetics’ BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara and Dior’s Diorshow Pump ‘N’ Volume HD Mascara
- Step Eleven: Urban Decay’s All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray
- Step Twelve: NARS’ Satin Lip Pencil – color: Rikugien, rose pink
